Return Policy Overview

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most products purchased directly from www.logiclion.org. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by all original components

Digital Products

Digital items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, please return it for a full refund and place a new order for the correct product.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, contact our Customer Support team:

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Your name and email address

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Logic Lion is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  • No restocking fees will be charged

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will include the full purchase price of the item(s)

  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (including original shipping costs if applicable). A prepaid return label may be provided.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct or missing item promptly or issue a refund. If an incorrect item was sent, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package was lost in transit or appears to have been stolen, please reach out with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.

Promotional and Limited-Edition Items

  • Free promotional items and giveaway products are final sale and not eligible for return

  • Limited-edition or special bundles may have return restrictions noted on the product page

  • In cases of damage or error, our standard return and replacement policy applies
